This mod adds an fully navmeshed playerhome / settlement near Diamond City and also a personal guard outside.
The entire house has been done from scratch and has 3 floors, one can be fully scrapped and decorated to your
personal taste. It also comes with 2 chairs for character / hairstyle editing, a doublebed and a placeable resource crate.
Notes:
- avoid moving / removing pre-placed static item with scrapping mods, you might get issues with pathfinding then.
- Sending followers and Dogmeat to this place works, settlers and supply lines are untested.
- There are some placed idlemarkers and also markers which makes your followers comment about this place.
- i made this place for myself and i dont take requests like “can you add/remove xyz…”
INFORMATION:
This mod is not compatible with “break the precombined meshes” mods like “Clean and Simple - Hangman’s Alley Startup” or any mod which edits the cells around Hangmans Alley / Latimer Ambush area.
