This mod recreates the TAG skills of FO3/NV with 3 perks instead of 3 skills. This file will add 3 inherent perks to the character:
TAG Combat Crafting Skills
Armorer 2
Blacksmith 2
Gun Nut 2
Use this mod with either of the New Character Creation Husband or Wife Main files to change the perks the character has, just load the TAG mod after the Husband or Wife mod. This mod will not affect the starting SPECIAL of the main files, only the perks.
Alternatively, you can use any of the TAG mods with the New Character Creation SPECIAL Fallout 3 to further recreate a starting character build from FO3/NV. When using a SPECIAL and TAG file together, it is no longer necessary to load one of the Husband or Wife main files.
Unlike the New Character Creation SPECIAL file, the TAG file needs to remain active for the character to continue having the perks they provide. SPECIAL and TAG files can be loaded without either of the New Character Creation Husband or Wife main files
