You can make ammo craftable at Nuka-World at Chemistry station.
If there is sufficient material, you will be able to make 7.62mm ammunition at your base without having to return to Nuka-World.
Also, you can create Handmade rifle and its 5.56 mm caliber version “Military rifle”.
Many materials and high Gun nut Perk are required when creating a rifle.
If you want a HandmadeRifle it would be easier going to Nuka-World, but if you have a lot of resources and you want to mass-produce this gun in the Commonwealth you can choose this option….
