Raiders and Gunners will no longer attack when they are released from cages if you have built a beta wave emitter.
You will be able to open their inventory so you can equip them however you wish!
You can assign them to arena platforms the same way you would assign a settler so they will fight in teams and settlers will watch the fights without trying to attack them!
You will be able to move them to other settlements (just make sure there is a beta wave emitter in the settlement you are moving them to or they will attack immediately!)
