This mod adds a new dungeon/building made for myself and friends for fun as a tribute of sorts located in the downtown financial district (just north of the Custom House Tower and south of the Old North Church). There are eight floors and one bonus treasure room at the end, with each floor having NPCs to fight, but sweet loot to be had as well. On average it’s about a couple hours of content.
This project was made as a tribute for my Destiny clan on PS4, and as such there will be a lot of inside jokes and references to Destiny, as well as other games like Diablo, Final Fantasy, and Warframe. As a disclaimer, there will also be a lot of crude humor, some of which may be offensive to some, so keep that in mind that the text may not be for everyone. However, there are also eight terminals to provide some hopefully lore-friendlyish context to the mod and how it exists in the Fallout 4 universe. With that all being said, I hope you enjoy the mod, and thanks for playing!
UPDATED 8/14/17 to Version 0.7.3.2
As you can tell by this not being a 1.0 Release build, the mod is still technically unfinished, but is about as close to being “done” as it will be. I still have plans for upcoming features, add-ons, and “Postgame” content, but the mod as it is now should really be about a 0.9 build or so. I’m just stingy and want to keep to my numbering scheme. Any changes incorporated due to feedback now will go toward pushing it to that 1.0 number, so feel free to comment. This is my first mod, so please read all the description so as to know what to expect!
UPDATED 8/5/17 to Version 0.7 Beta
- All eight floors of the Corporate Raiders HQ building are implemented, along with an extra loot room and player home unlocked at the end.
- The mod features over forty (!) unique weapons that have varying degrees of power and utility over their base game brethren. They will make it hard to go back to normal weapons after getting some.
- There are eight collectibles to be acquired alongside the lore terminals in the mod. Some are quite easy to spot, while others might require some creativity. These are functional similar to bobbleheads, so have fun finding them!
- This mod is very generous with loot and experience. It is very possible to go in with a character around level 20 and come out in the 70s depending on things like your intelligence stat and Idiot Savant, so be aware that you could be playing a totally different game when you come out on the other side.
- It is very reasonable to make progress through the CRHQ building and then leave if you feel like the floor you’re on is too hard at your current level. The first floor is based around a level 20 character, so that would be a reasonable starting point, but feel free to leave and come back later if you feel overwhelmed. If you really need help, try recruiting a follower, wearing power armor, and opting for a stealth build.
