If you like this mod consider checking out “PC Ports For PS4 - 5 In 1 Pack” which currently contain this and 4 other mods. It works with all of my mods! This standalone will be left up until I need the posting space for those who just want this, but this single version could and will eventually disappear without any further warning.

I did not make nor do I own this content. I simply converted it for PS4. This mod is offered AS IS. All credit to TroyIrving.
No changes have been made from the original. This mod makes V.A.T.S. operate like it did in Fallout 3 and New Vegas.
