Concord Survivor Shack

The first thing you’ll see when you enter Concord is this quaint little shack. Comes with all vanilla workbenches with original models including a weapons table, armor shelf, a very cluttered chem table and a small stove. In the cellar which you’ll find access to out front of the house you will find a power armor station and a workbench so you can add any modded in workbenches. My first mod so expect a few weird things such as misnamed buildings and other similar UI problems.
