Upgradeable BoS Outfits (PS4)

This mod is for those in the Brotherhood who want to remain in character (or just like the BoS look) but are disappointed with the meager stats of BoS outfits.  Since the BoS under-armor is obviously VaultTech-based, it can now be upgraded with the same modifications afforded Vault Suits.  And while the BoS and the Railroad don’t really get along, there is no good reason BoS outfits, such as fatigues and scribe armor, can’t take advantage of Railroad technology – they all can now be upgraded with Ballistic Weave.
