This mod is the Barefoot Footstep by GrozaTerroristow mod ported from the Nexus. You can find the original mod here:
This mod fixes the Barefoot Footstep sound that bethesda first mapped to a boot footstep, and then never assigned it to an actual outfit. This mod corrects the issue for the “Naked” outfits, including Human naked, Ghoul naked, Raider (or Dirty) naked, and Old naked.
If you are using the [PS4] FreeFall 4 - Fixes & Additions For Fallout 4 mod, you do not need my mod at all, as that mod incorporates this fix as well as addressing several other issues. Thanks to hereami for pointing this out to me on my Armored Underwear PS4 mod.

This mod is compatible with Armored Underwear PS4, and Birthday Suit PS4, and any other mod using the following Footstep sound (found in the Armor Addon Record):

This footstep set is available in the vanilla game, so can be used without requiring my mod.
