FALLOUT 4 MOD (PlayStation 4 Version): Clean & Smooth - Kingsport Lighthouse

This mod is a complete cleanup of the Kingsport Lighthouse settlement located to the southeast of the Coastal Cottage settlement and to the north of the Croup Manor settlement. I’ve removed every bit of junk, trees, leaves, dead foliage, and everything in between…leaving a completely cleaned up, beautiful settlement ready for design and use.
This was another one of my favorite settlements to play with, because the lighthouse and the coast made for such a unique setting! I started off with repairing the entire house, fixing the broken roof and walls, then installing lights all through the entire setting. I even added some nice little decorations and pictures with a little nautical theme to it.
Next on my list was the dock and boat in the harbor. I fixed all of the broken piers and added new railing all along the entire length. I also added lights all inside and around the shack resting on the pier, as well as some lighted billboards and decorations along the exterior. The weapons workbench was also moved inside this building! The final piece was aligning the boat up to the pier and cleaning up all the junk located on it. I made a better catwalk to get to the boat, plus added a lighted cabin and walkway on the boat.
Last on the list was the lighthouse building itself. I cleaned off all of the dirt and stains on the exterior of the building, making it look clean and fresh. On the interior, I added lighting all along the stairwell and along the top of the roof. It’s now properly lit up and bright, just like a lighthouse should be. As usual, I made sure to rework all of the NavMesh so all companions and NPC’s should be able to get around without a hitch.
As with my other settlement mods, I’ve paid careful attention to leave in all triggers and story line markers so the game will play through flawlessly if installed right away from the beginning. The workshop has been supplied with plenty of starting materials as well, since all scrap has been removed. Thank you guys for your support, and enjoy the mod!!
