Dartmouth Settlement

I made this settlement with survivalists in mind, I always have a heck of a time getting throughout and around boston on survival, and I saw a mod like this but the floors werent static. I fixed that as well as left the Sole Survivor some handy building supplies. This is my first mod so constructive criticism is welcomed!
