Additional Settlement - Parson's State Insane Asylum PS4

This mod adds the exterior of Parson’s State Insane Asylum as a fully functional settlement, unlocked after The Secret of the Cabbot House has been finished. The workshop can be found in the toolshed in the courtyard, behind the tractor.
