Craftable at Chemistry Station under A_Spawn_Mod
to spawn the Npcs once you created the item go to inventory/Misc and inside Misc is all of the Grenades you need to press Square and drop them to spawn the Npcs.
You can now Spawn Father and Shaun and Shaun hologram
