These are upgraded Silver Shroud armor and Sunglasses.
All can take RR weaving and vision upgrades.
NOTE: This was made for PC, tested on PC. I don’t have a console, and never will.

The delivery rat was delayed. He finally showed up in the den with the extra shipments.

Updated the No Fall Damage Immunity. Does NOT appear to fix the in game trenchcoat.
Updated the number of shipments in main cache. Dropped to 100.
Updated the caps to 65000.
Updated bag in Home Plate. Caps, Fusion cores, and new shipment of all.
NEW: bag in molerat den behind RedRocket outside Sanctuary. Fixed Trenchoat in there.

(so it works out to over 100K of EACH material. I did NOT do foodstuffs, but there are some in the boxes in Home Plate. You grow more, so should not be an issue. You don’t need all that many to get started, unlike building materials)

DO NOT SCRAP THE BIG CHEST UNDER THE STAIRS!!!! (yet) That is the legendary chest. It refills with new items regularly. So you can loot everything, if you don’t like the items, scrap them, come back later and a new set is in the chest. (or think of it as free mats/caps) You CAN scrap the chest, but you do lose out if you do. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!! :P
Boostbag is in the Sanctuary Basement.
Bag 2 is in HomePlate.
Bag 3 is in the Mole Rat Den behind Red Rocket. (where you meet Dogmeat)
You can scap the containers once you loot the stuff. YOU CANNOT MOVE THEM.
yes, I gave you some power cores too. 25…nope, 200 now.
PS4 ONLY: removed the beret. can’t have external artwork for your platform.
