This patch will make fusioncores worn in addition to how rare they are In IG. Giving you all the justification you need, why not to use powerarmor. In addition the enemies are less accurate and robotic enemies are less durable.
Make no mistake the game is still lethal, but is now easier to complete without powerarmor.
