This mod is a complete cleanup of the Abernathy Farm settlement located to the southwest of the Red Rocket settlement. I’ve removed every bit of junk, trees, leaves, dead foliage, and everything in between…leaving a completely cleaned up, beautiful settlement ready for design and use. There wasn’t much to clean up or rework with this mod, but I wanted to keep the original settlement in tact around the power line tower. I removed all of the vines and junk polluting the home inside and out, plus moved all of the crops around the back of the house. The beds inside were replaced with the proper workshop bed models, so now they can be moved, stored, or trashed. Since Mary’s story was very sad to me, I decided to decorate her grave to give it a more proper loving feel. I added a more complete wall, benches and lights, plus flowers and trees around her grave site.
As with my other settlement mods, I’ve paid careful attention to leave in all triggers and story line markers so the game will play through flawlessly if installed right away from the beginning. The workshop has been supplied with plenty of starting materials as well, since all scrap has been removed. The crafting materials have been placed in the wood crate next to the workbench, so it is still collectable.
