Sets the weather to only be clear sky in the Commonwealth and Far Harbor. So its better visibility during builds.
Intended for settlement building, deactivate after finishing the build. Reactivate if you want clear weather again for another build.
Can be used for normal gameplay if you want clear weather all the time.
Sleep/wait/fast travel or play for a while so the weather system updates.
This mod should be placed near or at the end of your load order.
