NO DLC: New Weapons, Jetpack Ring, stealth Helm+telekinetic powers

This mod adds a few new heavy weapons, some mind powers in the grenade slot, a ring that lets you use the jetpack non PA, and a helm that cloaks you when you crouch motionless.
All These items are in the sanctuary root cellar alongside a chest containing 50,000 ammo for all ammo types in the game.
Both chests respawn.
