How?
Go to the location and kill the npc to get the items.
He is hard so be prepared. he won’t back down.
Male and Female are supported.
This is based on the reckoner armor from mass effect 3. (love the look of it).
The meshes are made by me. Helmet/armor and weapon created in nifskope,blender.

The judgement soldier is known to be one of the most dangerous mercs in the wasteland.
When you need someone dead just get to him.
He isn’t cheap, but he always gets the job done.
Hence the name….Judgement soldier.
