This mod adds an interior access behind the players house in sanctuary, to a bunker with lots of space for plenty of building and creating an interior.

Features:
A large pool for swimming and fun, and a secret under the water!
Multiple side rooms to place all you want.
A small cave piece for larger building, plants, and such.
200 power from two access points in the bunker, with no noise generation.
A modified knife and 10mm.
A note with a small piece of story for some piece of immersion!
Added Npc characters for looks so far!
