Semi-Automatic Unlimiter for Automatron

Just like my base mod for vanilla FO4, this mod completely removes the fire-rate restrictions on semi-automatic firearm variants but only for new weapon variants added by Automatron. So, yes, that means this only changes the Tesla Rifle.
