Tesla Weave (+DLC) (PC)

This mod adds an alternative to Ballistic Weave, for those not wanting to join the Railroad Faction. Tesla Weave features increased Energy and Radiation resistance, but slightly lowered Damage Resistance compared to Ballistic Weave. 

There are 4 levels of Weave, each requiring a rank of the Science Perk. 

Material cost is slightly lower than Ballistic Weave, but also requiring a handful of Fusion Cells to build. 
The stats for Tesla Weave are higher, as the SPECIAL cost for the Science Perk is double (INT 6) that of the Armorer Perk (STR 3). Tesla Weave makes use of the same slot as Ballistic Weave, so it’s not possible to equip both at the same time. 

I am currently not planning on implementing Tesla Weave to Armour Sets, Headgear, Accessories, Dog Armour or Mutant Armour. This is partly because a hat or sunglasses with 100+ Resistance is immersion breaking. I may do something special with these later down the road :)
